Our Team

Our Divorce team is headed by Graham Walker LLB (Hons), who following 37 years at a major law firm now specialises in high net worth divorce cases and heads the Family Law division of Nexus Solicitors in their Manchester and Knutsford offices.

Graham represented the petitioner wife in the case of N v N. This was the first contested case heard in The High Court following the ground breaking decision of White v White, which re-established new principles in the division of family assets post divorce, and established the principle of a guideline of equality.

Since N v N Graham has specialised in high net worth cases with assets ranging from £500K to over £30m.
